Erasure — ask us to delete your data where we have no legal reason to keep it.
Portability — receive your data in a common, machine-readable format.
Restriction & objection — pause or object to certain processing.
Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing at any time, without affecting service.

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@wptenet.com from the address on your account and tell us what you’d like. There’s no form to fill in. We answer every request within 30 days — most within a few business days — and if a request is complex we’ll tell you why and when to expect completion.

Legal bases & processors

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (running your plan), to meet legal obligations (tax and invoicing), and on the basis of legitimate interests (securing our service). Marketing email is sent only with consent. Data transferred between India, the EU and the USA is protected by standard contractual clauses with each named processor.
