The 14-day money-back guarantee
Every new subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If WPtenet isn’t right for you in the first two weeks, tell us and we’ll refund the payment in full — no questions asked. The guarantee covers your first subscription with us; re-subscribing later is welcome, but the 14-day window doesn’t reset.

Cancelling a subscription
Cancel in one click from your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you simply won’t be billed for the next cycle. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in.

Renewals & auto-debit
Plans renew automatically at the interval you chose so your protection never lapses. You are reminded before each renewal as required, and any UPI AutoPay or card mandate can be cancelled from your dashboard or your UPI app.

One-off fixes
One-off fixes are quoted at a flat price and confirmed before work starts. If we can’t resolve the problem we agreed to fix, you pay nothing — that’s our no-fix, no-fee promise. Once a fix is delivered and confirmed working, the fee is non-refundable.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method — Razorpay for Indian payments, Stripe for USA payments — typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. GST already remitted is adjusted on the credit note.
