FAQ’s

Take a look at the most popular questions about WPtenet.

It is very likely that we already have an answer for you!

WordPress is open-source software, and as such, it is regularly updated to help improve the stability, performance, and security of websites using it. Along with the core updates, all plugins and themes need to be updated too.

If you pick and choose when you want to do these updates and do not have a structured process in place, you could cause unnecessary and avoidable problems for your website. Hackers are always looking for ways to enter the backend of sites and sites that have not been updated are the prime targets. Even if hackers don’t get you, your site might have broken links or not work properly without the necessary updates.

Our WordPress Maintenance Service, therefore, exists to take care of all the boring and time-consuming, but incredibly important maintenance work necessary to ensure your website continues to run, smoothly and safely.

Hackers use malicious software and robots to crawl the web for WordPress sites that are outdated and potentially vulnerable. If your WordPress site is not fully protected and you do not have a maintenance procedure in place and ignore security best practices, it is all too easy for hackers to gain access to your site.

As we are a customer-driven agency, we want to give you our customers the best service we can, which means responding promptly. We try therefore to respond to all questions as soon as possible. However, there are some occasions when it is not possible. During peak hours, our maximum response time is often longer than usual. The response time you get for questions and queries also depends on the package have signed up with us.
